Parcels must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order and you will need to cover the shipping costs, we suggest via a tracked service. 

The item must be returned in its original condition. Please be careful as we cannot accept any returns with items smelling of perfume, washing powder, smoke, make up or fake tan.
